Step 2: Qualify Your Company to Attend
As a respected industry event, Dealer Expo® can only admit businesses that prove their affiliation with the powersports industry. Retailers/Dealers and Non-Retailers are encouraged to attend Dealer Expo. However, please be aware the trade show is not open to the general public.
How to Qualify Your Company:
Submit a Digital Application Online
Submit a Printed Application by Fax
Please provide only ONE (1) of the following company credentials:
- Active & Legitimate Business Website (nature of your business will be established by online content)
- Copy of Business License (with current address)
- Copy of Resale License (with current address)
- Copy of Vendors Permit (with current address)
- Letter of Intent (from an attorney or bank on official letterhead stating the intent to start a new business defining your business purpose — this is acceptable for new businesses only)
- For Retailers: recent invoices (minimum of 3 different company invoices, showing purchases of finished products — product purchased in the last 6 months)
- For Non-Retailers: recent customer product purchase orders (minimum of 3 different company purchase orders, showing purchases of your products — product sold in the last 6 months)
72 Hours to Process
If you have already submitted your application, please allow Dealer Expo 72 business hours to process your application before contacting us. If your business does not receive an email or phone call within 72 business hours of your submission, please call Customer Service.
