
- All exhibiting company personnel are required to wear their badges in the exhibit hall during move-in, show hours, move-out and exhibitor-only hours.
- There is a limit of six (6) exhibitor badges per 10x10 booth with a maximum of thirty (30) badges for any one company.
- A fee will be assessed for any additional badges.
Exhibitor Guest Registration
If you would like to invite business professionals that are not part of the powersports industry to the show, follow these instructions. Exhibitor guest badges will grant access to the floor for show hours only and each company is limited to five (5) guests. All guest badges must be picked up onsite at Exhibitor Registration and ID will be required.

- Each Guest Individuals Name & Relationship to the company
- Requesting Individuals Name & Title
- Exhibiting Company Name
- Exhibiting Company Booth Number
